Production Management & Logistics
Every production is different. The support should be too.
Some projects need comprehensive service production throughout the entire process. Others only require support with selected parts of the production. Production Management & Logistics is about coordinating the practical and operational side — bringing together locations, permits, suppliers, accommodation, transport, schedules, local crews and technical resources to keep productions running smoothly from planning through on-site execution.

Rather than working with a fixed team, each production is supported by the people, equipment and local resources it actually needs. Through an established network across Northern Scandinavia, we help productions connect with trusted crew, suppliers and specialists to build the right team for each assignment.
We support with local casting and help productions connect with local talent, specialists and athletes — from skiers, runners and cyclists to fly-fishing guides, snowmobile drivers, outdoor professionals and reindeer herders who bring authenticity to a specific production.

Production Services in Northern Scandinavia helps production companies navigate projects across the Scandinavian mountains through local expertise, trusted relationships and practical production support.
Raised in the mountains of Jämtland and based in Åre, Jonna has spent more than two decades across international events, hospitality, tourism, project management and production environments — from the Volvo Ocean Race in South Africa to hotel operations in the Swiss Alps and productions throughout Scandinavia.
